As part of a fast-track course project, I created a fully functional, game-ready model of the Panzer IV one of WWII’s most iconic tanks. With a triangle count of 51.5K, the asset was built to balance visual detail with real-time performance, making it suitable for use in large-scale combat games, simulations, or cinematics.

This project offered a focused opportunity to develop large vehicle modeling workflows, emphasizing clean topology, modular design, and future-ready rigging compatibility. Instructor feedback throughout the course helped refine both the asset’s technical quality and overall presentation.

Responsibilities:
• Modeled the Panzer IV using a high-to-low poly workflow with optimized geometry and clean UV mapping.
• Created realistic PBR textures, capturing battle-worn materials, surface aging, and environmental wear.
• Followed the complete asset pipeline: blockout, high-poly modeling, retopology, UV layout, baking, and texturing.
• Designed the model to be rig-ready and animation-friendly for integration into engines like Unreal.

Key Achievements:
• Delivered a fully optimized tank asset at 51.5K tris, ready for real-time rendering and gameplay integration.
• Enhanced technical understanding of large-scale vehicle workflows and modular asset construction.
• Incorporated instructor feedback to improve asset fidelity, topology, and production-readiness.
